tow -pac tec support

I just bought a tow pac-12" kit and needed support from the tec . They sent the wrong lean stop with the hardware and will not make it right .The one they sent will not bolt up on my kit at all .One tec I got on the phone the first day said that it was the wrong one but the office help I talked to say it is the right one .They will not give my money back and now the tec will not answer my phone messages or my e-mails.

Tow- pac at last called me on the lean stop problem and I think they are going to make it right We will see, They are not Johny on the spot it takes then days to get back to you but they do get back to you and it sounds like they are going to fix the problem.
