New Member, Just ordered my Instatrike kit with 12" wheels for my 2008 GL1800 Gold Wing. Any wing owners out there have any suggestions on the install. one of the Instructions say that I just have to loosen Sadle bags and move them to the side, Don`t really understand why, I am hoping that I do not have to remove the bags all the way.
I will use Loc-Tite on all the bolts as suggested by some of the owners.
I am a member of the Retreads Motorcycle Club (A club for Older riders)
Any suggestions will be welcome.

You have to move the saddlebags because the hitch installs between the exhaust and the saddlebags...there is very limited space between the two...so you need to move the bags so you can insert the hitch...without moving the bag...it is impossible to mount the hitch.
You will remove the passenger handle and seat.

Another tip...when removing the rear fender...there is a bolt hiding behind the license plate.
